IHT Night at Fogtown Brewing Company

We’ve teamed up with Fogtown Brewing Company to create a tasty experiment of Pilsner infused with three invasive plants, harvested by our volunteers from Deer Isle land preserves. You won’t want to miss this unique tasting! We will be joined by Brighid Doherty of Solidago School of Herbalism who will be available to educate us all on the medicinal properties of these invasive species and how we can strengthen our relationships with local medicinal plants. Thanks to our generous friends at Fogtown, all proceeds from the Invasive Pilsner sales will go to Island Heritage Trust.
