Project Monarch

Monarch Butterflies and other pollinators need our help! We are teaming up with Tammy Hagerthy and Ready by 21 Mentoring of Deer Isle – Stonington to get all local folks and families involved through Project Monarch.

Mark your calendars – Sunday, June 5 @ 2pm ET will be the first part of this joyful family event at The Garden Project located on the Transfer Station Road in Stonington. We will be joined by Environmental Educator, Martha Bell, as we have fun learning all about how to create butterfly havens in our own backyards. Milkweed and “puddlers” will be distributed!

Part Two will be a Butterfly Release in August – date TBD
